2016 Opening Day

Good Evening-

The shift in weather patterns, and onset of yet another allergy season heralds the passing of our measurable time in a context only applicable to families of the bat and glove. It is BASEBALL SEASON!!!! 

The 2016 RVLL Board of Directors is proud to welcome you to another spectacular season at our iconic facility. This year we have much to share!  We have improved upon perfection yet again with more baseball and even better family spectating. Our fields are greener than ever, grounds expanded and better accommodating to our matured league size.

Come join us April 2nd, at our 1377 Baird Rd Facility for a day for the whole family to enjoy. Gates open at 8, and include Opening Day Ceremonies, Carnival for the kids, Family BBQ, Annual Hit-a-thon contest, and local celebrities Stacy K and Jonah as our Master of Ceremonies. As always, enjoy the Color Guard Flag Ceremony, our Challenger League friends throwing the first pitch(s) and a couple of tricks up our sleeves!

Walk the grounds and share memories from Peanuts to the Seniors fields. Take a stroll through the brand new Batting Complex addition just completed this past month. Stay for the Opening Day games, enjoy a Ballpark lunch for just $5! Come be part of this amazing 57th annual Opening Day event.
