For all 2017 volunteers (managers, coaches, and team parents).  Completed form and copy of drivers license needed to be submitted to the Board of Directors before team practices can begin.

(Managers are responsible for reporting all accidents or injuries that take place during RVLL scheduled events.  This include practices and games.)

(All Managers are responsible for tracking the eligibility of their pitchers throughout the season.)

(Managers or scorekeepers can use this form to track pitches.  A good piece of advice is to check the pitch count total the opposing team has for your pitchers.)

(Anyone that lives outside of the RVLL boundary but attends a school that falls within the boundary may complete this form and submit it during registration to play within our league.)
