Every Board Member should participate at least one 3 hour shift each weekend. With 25 board members we should be able to accomplish registration without having to keep the same people at this event all day.
League Finder (Pin Drop) x 2 members 1 9-Noon, 1 from Noon-3pm
New Player Document Verification x 4 members each shift
Returning Player Registration x 2 members each shift
Support Staff - 2 members to assist parents complete volunteer forms, copy of ID, sign up for positions - umpires, coaches, scorekeepers, snack bar, fields & facilities, etc.
